Hi there! I’m just an everyday person, passionate about making a difference. I’m from a small town in NW Ohio, and now I live in Columbus. By day, I’m immersed in the corporate world, but I always find time for things I love. I’m a big fan of the outdoors, often exploring the fantastic parks around central Ohio. I’m also into leather crafting and have become quite the chef over the years.
Now, I don’t hold any special degrees in political science or anything, and that’s exactly why I want these posts to feel welcoming to everyone. I only expect that if you’ve come here, you probably have a baseline understanding of issues in the world, so I try to jump from that point. I’m not here to talk over anyone’s head or get lost in academic jargon. Instead, I’m all about discussing real, actionable ways we can all benefit – well, except for the politicians and big businesses who might prefer the status quo. This blog is for the rest of us, looking at practical steps we can take to make life better for the majority. No frills, no pretense—just straight talk on how we can foster positive change together.
